Overview :
Running a BBS under windows is extremely diffucult, especially
using a 386sx. The BBS is run as a DOS window inside windows.
It must have the bulk of the CPU time and it must not go too long
without getting CPU. It therefore has background and Foreground
priority set to 10,000/10,000. The minimum CPU cycles for
applications is set to 10ms. This stops other apps from executing
too long away from the BBS.
The BBS should eiether run in full screen mode, or as a minimsed
icon.
The configuration I have seems to work OK most of the time but there
are a lot of problems here and there. If you have anything to add
or suggest, please contact me.
